Col de la Madone

Famous as Armstrong's training climb, it is initially pretty ugly out of the coast town of Menton, as it dips under the arches of the main E80 road. After this it is nice, up to the village of Sainte Agnes. A lefthand turn before the village and the climb continues up on the quiet summit road.
